Juan Herrera

Teresa Iglesias-Solomon leads all strategies related to serving diverse customers, with an emphasis on Hispanic communities. She is a 20-year industry veteran who has lived in Mexico and the U.S. Most recently, she led all marketing efforts targeted to the U.S. Hispanic market for Domino's Pizza, where she established the company's first-ever Hispanic Advisory Council.

Paloma Izquierdo-Hernandez
Paloma Izquierdo-Hernandez   President and CEO, Urban Health Plan Inc.

Under Ms. Izquierdo-Hernandez's leadership, Urban Health Plan has grown from a one-site facility to a network of federally qualified community health centers comprising four sites, five school health programs and four part-time sites at facilities for at-risk populations. Urban Health Plan now has a growing WIC program and multiple other grant-funded programs.

Martinez serves on the boards of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber and the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan.

Robert Mendez

Mr. Mendez is an accomplished television industry attorney who has managed business affairs, legal affairs, contracts and production agreements for such TV series as “Live with Regis and Kelly.' Natalie Morales

Natalie Morales joined TODAY as a National Correspondent in February 2006, and was named co-anchor of the third hour of TODAY in March 2008. Morales also serves as a national correspondent for all NBC News platforms including “NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams,' “Dateline NBC,' and MSNBC.  Prior to joining TODAY, Morales reported on several major breaking stories, including the 2009 presidential inauguration; Hurricane Katrina; the tsunami disaster; and the war in Iraq.

Oscar Munoz

Oscar Munoz was appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of CSX Corp., effective May 5, 2010. Mr. Munoz joined CSX from AT&T Corp., where he served as chief financial officer and vice president of AT&T Consumer Services. In his new capacity with CSX, Mr. Munoz will be responsible for all financial, accounting, treasury, tax, real estate, information technology, and strategic planning activities.  He  began his career in 1983 with Pepsico Inc. and later served in several key financial positions with Coca Cola Enterprises and the Coca Cola Co.

Carlos Paya, MD, Ph.D., joined Elan from Eli Lilly & Co., where he was a VP and Global Leader of the Diabetes and Endocrine Platform, responsible for the company's insulin products. Prior to that, Dr. Paya had a 16-year relationship/experience with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., which began with his acceptance into the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in 1984 and concluded with a six-year tenure as Professor of Medicine, Immunology and Pathology.

Beatriz R. Perez

Ms. Perez joined Coca-Cola as an assoc. brand manager in 1996, following nearly two years working on the company's Hispanic marketing efforts as an ad agency executive. In her current role she is responsible for consumer communication, brand programming, media and Hispanic American consumer marketing.  Additionally, she served as a member of the Women Leadership Council.

Pedro Pizarro

Dr. Pizarro oversees four business units: SCE's transmission and distribution system; the procurement section for power contracts; SCE's gas-fired and hydroelectric power production facilities; and Edison Carrier Solutions, a division of SCE that provides broadband services to telecommunications carriers. He is well known nationally and internationally for his work with at risk women and their families.  He has published and presented in numerous nursing, community and interdisciplinary forums.

Valentin Ramirez

Ramirez is responsible for all McCormick's Hispanic businesses, including a joint venture in Mexico, a business in Central America, a Hispanic subsidiary (Mojave Foods) and export business in the U.S., South America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining McCormick, Ramirez was Managing Director-Spain Portugal, for the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. Before that he held a number of assignments for Procter & Gamble during his 10 years there.

Ramona Romero
Ramona Romero   Corporate Counsel, DuPont

In her current role at DuPont, Ramona provides legal oversight for the acquisition of transportation, distribution, supply-chain management, travel and energy resources, and manages related strategic litigation.  Since 2008, Ramona has also served as General Counsel of Sentinel Transportation LLC, a DuPont joint venture.  Romero was recently nominated by President Barack Obama  to serve as General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Rosa Sabater

Vilma Salaverria

Roberto E. Barragan
Roberto E. Barragan   President, Valley Economic Development Center

Mr. Barragan manages the largest small-business development nonprofit in Los Angeles, with a $4 million budget and 38 employees. Every year, VEDC serves more than 6,000 businesses with financing, training and assistance. In the past three years, he has grown VEDC loan capital from $8 million to $29 million. Mr Barragan is also the founder of the San Fernando Valley Financial Development Corp.

Brigida Benitez

Eduardo Castro-Wright is the vice chairman of Walmart Stores Inc., and also serves as president and CEO of Global.com and Global Sourcing. In this role, he leads Walmart's e-commerce and multichannel retailing business, and oversees the company's global sourcing group. He joined Walmart in 2001 and worked in Mexico through 2005, first as president and later as CEO of Walmart de M?xico.
