Mr. Arroyo is responsible for directing the company's internal information technology organization and infrastructure Ð including Internet and Intranet capabilities Ð as well as the development of applications systems and overseeing the company's enterprise data centers. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, and earned a Master's of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University.

With his extensive background in information services for companies specializing in defense, aerospace, scientific research and health care, Mr. Baez has applied his leadership and expertise to Kimberly-Clark since 2007. He was selected by Texas Governor Rick Perry to serve as a director of the state's Department of Information Resources, and he also serves on the Information Technology and Operations Management Advisory Board for the Southern Methodist University-Cox School of Business.

A computer scientist and systems software specialist, Mr. Cardenas has gained respect for his mastery of high-tech solutions in major corporations, financial service organizations and manufacturing as well. During his tenure at the Autodesk, Inc., he consolidated the global software company's IT organization while reducing the budget by an astounding $40 million. It's that sort of solutions-oriented style that has characterized his career.

On course to developing the country's first smart grid, Mr. Carvello is leading the nation's ninth-largest utility's technology vision, planning and development. With a mechanical engineering degree earned at the University of Kansas, and the completion of executive management programs at the University of Idaho, Stanford University and The Wharton School, he translates the academic into the practical in applying technological solutions to energy innovation.

Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, where he graduated in engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology, he earned his Ph.D. at the University of Waterloo in Canada. Dr. Celis served on President George W. Bush's 25-member President's Information Technology Advisory Committee. Dr. Celis is a vital member of the SQL Server group, managing the development of strategy, architecture, innovation and incubation of the data platform.

A board member for a decade, Mr. Conde was elected chief executive officer of the major investment support systems company in 2002. Under his leadership, SunGard joined the Green Grid, a global nonprofit dedicated to improving energy efficiency of high-tech companies. A native of Santiago, Chile, Mr. Conde is a U.S. citizen; he holds a B.S. in Astronomy and Physics from Yale University.

Responsible for directing the Information Technology efforts of one of the nation's leading automotive after-market retailers, Mr. Coro revamped and streamlined the organization of the department since joining the company in 2005. Cuban-born, Mr. Coro immigrated to the United States as a child; he graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree, and earned an MBA at Texas Christian University.

In the Office of Risk & Information Analytics Group, Mr. Escalante is responsible for technology development, information systems and operations. With three decades in the business, he has experience in start-ups and software development, as well as research and development, data management and operations. He formerly worked for Unisys Corporation, EPSON America and Bell Labs. He currently teaches part-time at the University of Phoenix.

With a focus on the delivery and implementation of composite business processes across the portfolio applications, as well as responsibility for development and delivery systems, Mr. Lazares brings nearly two decade of experience to the industry. He earned his BA at the University of California, graduating with High Distinction and his MBA at Harvard Business School, where he graduated with High Honors.

Since joining the company in 1973, where she worked in the accounting department, Ms. Wiskocil has applied her leadership and quick grasp of a rapidly changing world to a variety of positions within the communications giant. Today, she leads the strategic growth of the nation's largest Wi-Fi network. An active member of the Hispanic Association of Communications Employees of AT& T, she serves as a board member of San Antonio's non-profit Mission Road Ministry.
