Motivated by the desire to contribute to the future creating healthy, livable communities, Ms. Perez brings her expertise in urban planning, government policy and real estate development to responsible land use. Honored as a 2009-2010 Senior Fellow of the UCLA School of Public Affairs, she volunteers time to leadership development in the School.
