Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars Coming to iPhone, iPod Touch

One of the most popular -- and controversial -- video game franchises of all time is coming to Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch.

Rockstar Games is bringing infamously violent, misogynistic, and adult themed series to Apple's hot touchscreen devices in the form of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. The company's founder, Sam Houser, called this diminutive version of virtual Liberty City, where most of the GTA games take place, as "ambitious," detailed, and "immersive." The company promises that players will "uncover the truth behind an epic tale of crime and corruption."

The game is already available on the Nintendo DS and is also slated to appear on the PlayStation Portable in the fall.
