![]() RFP #5640 HISPANIC MARKET ADVERTISING The California State Lottery (Lottery) is inviting qualified advertising agencies to submit proposals for a four-year Hispanic market advertising services contract. The Lottery will consider proposals from advertising agencies, and/or partnerships and joint ventures which include an advertising agency and a media buying service. Agencies and joint ventures must, at the time of proposal submission: 1) have a minimum of 2 years experience performing Hispanic market advertising services; 2) have a minimum of $15 million in total account billings for calendar year 2003 of which at least $3 million must be in billings for projects other than media placement; 3) have an office in California; 4) be a legal business entity; and 5) meet the requirements set forth in the RFP. A draft RFP is anticipated to be released in late October 2004 and will be posted on the Lottery’s Web site www.calottery.com or a hard copy may be obtained by calling (916) 323-8078 or FAX (916) 327-1345.
