•NMSDC corporate purchases from diversity suppliers jumped from $15 billion in 1990 to $54.3 billion in 2000.
•Small minority-owned businesses accounted for an estimated $12.58 billion of the total $218.9 billion in federal contracts over $25,000 awarded in FY2000.
