As the oldest law school in the American Southwest, the USC School of Law has reflected the diversity of Los Angeles and California for much of its 100-year history. Hispanic students hold leadership positions in a wide range of student organizations, including the Student Bar Association, USC Law Review, and the Public Interest Law Foundation. Thanks in large part to the active participation of minority alumni and student groups, USC law students benefit from a learning environment that values diversity, emphasizes self-expression and self-examination, and encourages the perspectives, ideas, and experiences of all students.
