The MACC will increase the level of design flexibility, reduce time to award construction contracts, ensure fair pricing based on competition, and aid in meeting the squadron's small business goals. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base (AFB), Altus AFB, Frederick Airfield, and the Sheppard AFB Texoma Annex, Texas, and is expected to be completed September 2018. Fiscal 2013 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,500 are being obligated on each contract at time of award.
