GHD-Gerwick Joint Venture, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a maximum $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract for Waterfront Engineering Services in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of responsibility (AOR). The work to be performed provides for preparation of design-build request for proposals, design-bid-build construction contract packages, reports/studies; site investigations to support development of new facilities on undeveloped land, or redevelopment of existing facilities on developed sites; support and coordination of various technical disciplines, such as architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and environmental.
