Sunrise will donate Super Squeezies to preschool, elementary, intermediate and secondary schools and school districts that demonstrate a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle, including healthy dietary choices.
Donations can be for consumption at a variety of events, programs and activities taking place at a school or other community location, including but not limited to:
-- Hot lunches-- Healthy cafeteria programs-- Sport tournaments & events (e.g. Terry Fox Runs)-- Wellness related fundraising initiatives (e.g. fitness challenges/competitions)-- School district sport or healthy lifestyle events
The program is open to public and private schools. At this time focus of the program is on the Metro Vancouver area, however there are plans to expand the program to additional markets in the near future. Donations will be made to as many eligible schools and school districts as possible, however program limitations do exist.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Schools and school districts interested in participating in the School Donation Program, should submit the following information to Sunrise Soya Foods:
-- A contact name and contact information-- The name & address of the school/school district-- A brief description of how the school/school district is committed to healthy lifestyle choices-- General information about the event/program where the Super Squeezies donation would be utilized
