Canada's Public Sector Organizations Honoured by IPAC and Deloitte for Leadership and Vision

The Government of Ontario asked CROPS, or the Drummond Commission, to advise Ontario on opportunities for savings, investment and broad changes to programs and services in order to eliminate the provincial deficit by 2017/18. This report was the first of its kind in Canada in terms of scope and depth, and supported by a strong and dynamic team. The Secretariat challenged conventional thinking and helped to lead a series of recommendations that will have long-lasting impacts right across the Ontario Public Service.
