AMR's MSV Mineral Reserve estimates of approximately 1.6 Mt of Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves at a cut off grade of 0.86%Ni is summarized in the following table. This estimate is consistent with the previously reported Mineral Reserves.

Mr. John Wyche of Australian Mine Design and Development Pty Ltd, who is    independent of AMR and is a "qualified person" within the meaning of NI    43-101 has reviewed and accepts responsibility for the stated Mineral    Reserve estimate. Mr. Wyche consents to the inclusion in this report of    the matters in this report based on the Mineral Reserve estimate in the    form and context in which it appears.
