AMR's MSV Mineral Reserve estimates of approximately 1.6 Mt of Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves at a cut off grade of 0.86%Ni is summarized in the following table. This estimate is consistent with the previously reported Mineral Reserves.

The stated Mineral Resources have been prepared in accordance with    Canada's National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for    Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") and are classified in accordance with the    Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum's ("CIM") "CIM    Definition Standards - For Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves".3.  Dr. Bielin Shi of CSA Global Pty Ltd, who is independent of AMR and is a    "qualified person" within the meaning of NI 43-101 has reviewed and    accepts responsibility for the stated Mineral Resource estimates. Dr.    Shi consents to the inclusion in this report of the matters in this    report based on the Mineral Resource estimates in the form and context    in which they appear. Dr. Shi is not aware of any environmental,    permitting, legal, title, taxation, socio-economic, marketing or    political issues what would materially affect the stated Mineral    Resource estimates.4. Notes to the Mineral Reserves:

1.  The stated Mineral Reserve comprises MSV mineralization only.2.  Mr. John Wyche of Australian Mine Design and Development Pty Ltd, who is    independent of AMR and is a "qualified person" within the meaning of NI    43-101 has reviewed and accepts responsibility for the stated Mineral    Reserve estimate. Mr. Wyche consents to the inclusion in this report of    the matters in this report based on the Mineral Reserve estimate in the    form and context in which it appears. Mr. Wyche is not aware of any    environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, socio-economic,    marketing or political issues what would materially affect the stated    Mineral Reserve estimate.3.  The stated Mineral Reserve estimate has been prepared in accordance with    NI 43-101 and is classified in accordance with CIM's "CIM Definition    Standards - For Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves".4.  The stated Mineral Reserve was estimated using a nickel price of    US$21,310/t, copper price of US$8,419/t and cobalt price of US$34,000/t.5.  The annual ore production estimate is 360,000 tpa.6.  The stated Mineral Reserve estimate includes Vietnamese government    royalties of 10% and export tariffs of 20% for nickel and cobalt and 30%    for copper.7.
