Wild West Buffet at Arizona Charlie's Boulder offers a specialty menu featuring beef stroganoff with buttered noodles, chicken piccata with tarragon cream sauce, shrimp scampi with pasta, pork loin with Madagascar pepper sauce, salmon with dill butter, garlic mashed potatoes, buttered fresh vegetables and much more. The menu is available Feb. 14 from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Lunch is $6.99-$9.32, depending on players card level, and dinner ranges from $8.99-$11.99.

Comme ca at Cosmopolitan offers taste of Parisian romance with a prix-fixe menu on Thursday, Feb. 14. The four-course menu is $99 per person or $149 per person with the wine pairing option. Menu highlights include choices of creamed cauliflower soup with cold water lobster paired with Simonnet-Febvre Brut Cremant de Bourgogne or Primetime Farms heirloom tomato toast with fromage blanc, wild arugula and olive oil paired with Domaine Bichot Gamay, to start. The second course includes choices of confit of duck agnolotti with kurri squash, apple and sage paired with Domaine Parent Pinot Noir or black truffle risotto with mascarpone and beech mushroom (a $25 supplement) paired with Ramey Wine Cellars Chardonnay. The third course offers s choice of Snake River Farm American Wagyu ribeye with pommes fondantes, king crab, asparagus and bearnaise paired with Nelms Road Merlot or vegetarian "steak & potato" with butternut squash steak a la plancha, pommes fondantes, smoked cippolini onion and leaves of Brussels sprouts paired with Easton Wines Zinfandel. Dessert is a white chocolate and raspberry heart bavarois with raspberry cremeux and vanilla-champagne ice cream paired with Domaine Renardat-Fâche Rose du Bugey-Cerdon. Hachi inside Red Rock Resort offers a special eight-course menu and taste of sake for $75 per person, or include an optional sake pairing for an additional $35 per person. Courses include a white chocolate and avocado mousse, seared Hokkaido scallops with a dark chocolate miso, yuzu butter poached black bass with chocolate pralines and more.

Origin India Restaurant and Bar offers a special five-course menu featuring aphrodisiac-inspired delights priced at $65 per person. Menus highlights include crab gulnar (crab cake with dried rose petals), chicken boti kebab (breast pieces marinated in yogurt and spices served with fresh herbs) and shahi gilawat kebab (ground lamb patty made with green papaya and spices). Vegetarian specials include anardana aloo tikki (spicy potato patties stuffed with pomegranate & mint) tulsi ka paneer pakora (fried cottage cheese stuffed with fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes in a gram flour batter) potli samosa (cauliflower and peas stuffed in a pastry) and aloo bonda (fried mashed potato balls in gram flour batter).

Rick Moonen's rm seafood at Mandalay Bay offers specials including lobster thermidor ($80), surf and turf with Wagyu beef and a 2 lb. deshelled lobster ($80). Dessert is a dark chocolate souffle with Raspberry Lambic Ale creme anglaise ($12).

Rhumbar offers special holiday rum and cigar pairings for $20. Suggested pairings include: Romeo y Julieta Real Short Churchill cigar complemented by a glass of Rhum Barbancourt 15-Year Estate Reserve, La Aroma de Cuba Mi Amor Robusto paired with El Dorado 15-Year Special Reserve rum and the Padron Series 1926 No. 2 Maduro accompanied by the barrel-aged Ron Zacapa 23.
