Valentine's Day in Vegas: A Dining Guide

Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas will offer a "Love Bites" anti-Valentine's Day prix fixe menu on Thursday, Feb. 14, from 4-11 p.m., priced at $40 per person. Executive Chef Matthew Piekarski begins the menu with an amuse-bouche of creamy garlic soup sure to deter any after-dinner kisses. The second course is "bleeding heart" arancini risotto balls with smoked salt beet gelee. The main entree is dry-rubbed, barbeque pork ribs sure to lead to messy fingers. Dessert is the "cold hearted" vanilla semifreddo, topped with pistachio butter and burnt cherry compote.

PBR Rock Bar & Grill inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood offers a special meal, two-for-one glasses of Champagne and bull rides this Valentine's Day. Enjoy the Doritos-crusted mac n' cheese and the smokin' hot barbecue chicken. For the main course, enjoy Texas-style beef brisket. For dessert, enjoy the Love Drunken Peach Cobbler.

Meatball Spot at Town Square features a meal crafted by Executive Chef and Bravo's "Top Chef" cheftestant Carla Pellegrino. Priced at $24.95 per person, the four-course feast includes a salad, appetizer, main course and dessert, plus a glass of sangria. Begin with a Caprese salad followed by a serving of classic meatball bruschetta. For the main course, enjoy rigatoni tossed in Meatball Spot's signature spicy meat sauce. Dessert is a heart-shaped ice cream sandwich made with fresh baked cookies and ice cream. Guests 21 and over may choose from Meatball Spot's strawberry and peach sangria or white grape sangria to accompany their meal.

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar celebrates Valentine's Day from Feb. 14-17. Executive Chef Russell Skall offers two special entrees in addition to an a la carte menu. Enjoy roasted lobster tail and chateaubriand with crab Ggacage. A dessert for two, Chocolate Budino, is also available. Wine Director Maeve Pesquera has crafted two specialty cocktails for the holiday: the Venetian Valentine, featuring Quady Elysium, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and Mionetto Prosecco, and the Mint To Be, prepared with Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur and POM Wonderful juice with fresh mint garnish. Fleming's offers each couple dining Feb. 14-17 a complimentary $25 Fleming's Dining Card to use at a later date.

Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House offers a special Valentine's Day menu featuring an eight-ounce filet and an eight-ounce lobster tail for $79. Dessert options include Godiva chocolate mousse cake for $12.

The Barrymore offers a four-course meal for $110 with menu items such as Champagne gelee caviar, tuna poke with macadamia nuts, and a 16 oz. chateaubriand for two, plus the Rose Timbale for dessert.

Border Grill offers an la carte menu featuring appetizers like tuna ceviche ($15) and braised oxtail quesadilla ($12); entrees such as chile-crusted porterhouse for two ($45), pan-seared ancho chile pork tenderloin ($29) and crab-stuffed chicken breast ($32). Desserts include the Upside Down Caramelized Plantain Cake ($8) and Spiced Columbian Chocolate Cake with Sweet Tomatillo Sauce ($8). Specialty cocktails are available for $12.

Marche Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop in Desert Shores offers a special four-course prix fixe menu and a glass of Champagne for $75 per person. The menu starts with a choice of shrimp bisque or a winter vegetable salad followed by a choice of lobster risotto or seared foie gras. The main course is sole amandine or filet mignon. Finish things off with a chocolate mousse duo.
