The second course features shrimp gambino served with assorted bell peppers in a lemon butter sauce. The entree course offers a choice of filet mignon stuffed with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, served with pan-seared asparagus and couscous or salmon Veronique in a creme sauce with grape tomatoes and red bell peppers served with fingerling potatoes.

My Healthy Meal's Chef Gene Villiatora prepares a pre-portioned gourmet and nutritious three-course including vanilla poached shrimp paired with a savory Thai cocktail sauce, grouper paired with a sweet potato puree & tear-drop tomato pistou. Dessert is a deconstructed cheesecake fondue with macerated strawberries. The special items are available Wednesday, Feb. 13 and Thursday, Feb. 14 for $35 total.
