The second course is a crisp garden greens salad with Persian cucumber, fennel and radish with black currant vinaigrette. Entree choices include black angus beef tenderloin medallion with roasted asparagus, turnips, baby beets, sweet potatoes and fingerling potatoes with creamed morel sauce complemented by Louis M. Martini cabernet sauvignon or Canadian Skuna Bay salmon with organic faro pilaf, Mediterranean succotash and sundried tomato pimento sauce paired with Yangarra Estate shiraz. The dessert course features the Tender Dessert Tasting Trio, complete with Grand Marnier creme brulee, cherries jubilee red velvet shortcake and chocolate sorbet served with Lamarca prosecco.
Rice & Company offers a special throughout the month of February, offering a sushi and sake pairing for $48. Enjoy the Naughty and Spice Roll, featuring a blend of shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, cilantro and mango topped with salmon, avocado and sliced strawberries adorned with a spicy strawberry sauce, paired with Wakatake Onikoroshi sake. Guests can upgrade their meal to the "Get a Heart On" package which includes dinner for two at Rice & Co. plus two tickets to "Fantasy" and a copy of the "Barely Bejeweled" calendar featuring the ladies of "Fantasy," for $175.
Public House Las Vegas at Luxor offers a prix fixe menu with two glasses of champagne for $90 per couple. The first course will be a choice of house salad or classic Caesar salad. The second course features shrimp gambino served with assorted bell peppers in a lemon butter sauce. The entree course offers a choice of filet mignon stuffed with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, served with pan-seared asparagus and couscous or salmon Veronique in a creme sauce with grape tomatoes and red bell peppers served with fingerling potatoes.
Senor Frog's Las Vegas hosts a "Kiss A Frog" event for singles starting at 8 p.m. Enjoy a one-hour open bar with well vodka cocktails for ladies. The party bar will also offer signature fishbowl drinks including the Frog's Kiss, Frogasm, Hot Pants and Horny Cupid, all for $18. New Summerlin restaurant My Healthy Meal will act as your personal chef this Valentine's Day offering a three-course meal to enjoy at home. My Healthy Meal's Chef Gene Villiatora prepares a pre-portioned gourmet and nutritious three-course including vanilla poached shrimp paired with a savory Thai cocktail sauce, grouper paired with a sweet potato puree & tear-drop tomato pistou. Dessert is a deconstructed cheesecake fondue with macerated strawberries. The special items are available Wednesday, Feb. 13 and Thursday, Feb. 14 for $35 total.
