Clarke's offers a four-course menu, priced at $199 per couple, including a jumbo shrimp cocktail followed by a variety of signature salads and soups, entrees including lobster tails and lamb chops plus deserts such as cinnamon chocolate dipped strawberries and "Sinful Red Velvet Cake." The specialty menu includes a bottle of wine from a selective wine list.
Hyde Bellagio celebrates Valentine's Day with the second installment of Hyde's complimentary wine tasting event from 7-9 p.m. Enjoy wines from Terra Valentine Winery plus chocolate rouge chocolate red wine and La Marca Prosecco. Gourmet small plates from Circo are available to order until 9 p.m. to complement the wines. In honor of "Singles Awareness Day," Hyde and match.com also will welcome 300 of Vegas' sexiest singles hoping to be struck by Cupid's arrow. Following the tasting, guests can stay for Live Music Thursdays featuring music from "American Idol" contestant and acoustic guitarist Mahi Crabbe. Admission is complimentary and guests must be 21.
Hash House A Go Go's four local locations feature specials ranging in price from $6.95 to $29.95 in addition to their regular menu offerings. Specialty menu items include roasted tomato basil bisque with creme fraiche ($6.95), 18-ounce bone-in certified Angus beef ribeye ($29.95) and salmon pasta ($18.95). Speciaty cocktails include the "Blackberry Bellini" ($5.95) and "Tangerine Kiss" ($7.95). Desserts include the Snickers bread pudding and the cherry chocolate cheesecake ($7.95 each).
Platinum's Valentines Weekend menu is priced at $50 per person for a three-course meal featuring items like tomato gin bisque, grilled salmon with roasted pepper coulis and beef tenderloin with port wine reduction served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus. Dessert options include tiramisu or cheesecake.
STK at the Cosmopolitan is offering a complimentary shot of Orgy with the purchase of a strawberry rhubarb cobbler cocktail, which is priced at $18. All couples dining will also receive a chocolate cup shot with Grey Goose Cherry Noir.
Guests who get married on Valentine's Day are invited to spice up the evening at Bagatelle Restaurant & Supper Club as they throw the "world's largest wedding reception." Enjoy drink and dinner specials, live entertainment, thousands of dollars in giveaways and music from DJ Kaycee. In addition, Bagatelle is offering a four-course prix fixe menu prepared by Executive Chef John Zamarchi, priced at $99 per couple. Menu items include kushi oysters with orange foam and caviar, frisse and endive salad with poached bosc pear, camembert cheese and cider vinaigrette, pan-roasted filet mignon, sauteed shrimp with pastis flambe, plus a chocolate souffle for two. The menu is $99 per couple.
Valentino offers a five-course prix fixe menu prepared by James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef Luciano Pellegrini. Menu items include kumomoto oysters with Osetra caviar and Chervil, lobster medallion, sea urchin custard and watercress tangerine salad, spaghetti alla chitarra and lamb meatballs with creamy herb pesto sauce and chocolate mousse with liquid raspberry center and orange passion fruit sorbet, priced at $105 per person. A wine pairing option is available for an additional $55.
Twist by Pierre Gagnaire offers five-course and eight-course dinners with menu items including duck foie gras, Colorado lamb with swiss chard, gnocchi and gorgonzola butter, orange glazed Skuna Bay salmon, and a dessert of passion fruits, lemongrass macaroons, vanilla parfait, winter fruits marmalade with sauterne and saffron orange sorbet. The five-course menu is $165 per person with wine pairings for an additional $120 per person. The eight-course menu is $230 per person with wine pairings for an additional $180 per person.
Mozen Bistro offers a specialty five-course menu from Feb. 14-17 featuring dinner, house-made gourmet chocolates and two glasses of champagne per couple, priced at $75 per person.
Mandarin Bar offers specialty cocktails Feb. 14-17, including the "Delectable Delicacies & Bubbly" featuring lobster gelee with caviar and creme fraiche, two glasses of Champagne and a box of gourmet chocolates from the hotel's pastry chef, for $95 per person. The "Sweet Sensation" option features sweet strawberries marinated in Veuve Clicquot Champagne and covered in rich chocolate for $25.
Mandarin Oriental Lounge offers a Valentine Afternoon Tea featuring tea service and heart-shaped, house-made gourmet chocolates. Afternoon tea is $45 per person. For reservations, call 590-8882.
Fogo de Chao offers a special Valentine's Day weekend offer where couples who dine at Fogo for lunch or dinner between February 14 and 16 will receive a card good for a complimentary lunch or dinner on their next visit.
