Mirabelli began his career with RCI in 1992, returning in 2006 after serving as General Director for Royal Holiday South America for four years, where he was responsible for the company's planning, business-to-business sales and administration.

Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, Mirabelli earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Executive Program for the Americas.
