Pulled Pork Sandwich
2 C coleslaw
6 soft hamburger buns
2 lbs. smoked pork shoulder
1 C Crabtree's Rib Rub Carolina Style BBQ sauce
Pull smoked pork apart and mix with Carolina Style BBQ Sauce. Heat in pan on low heat until pork is hot throughout. To serve, split buns in half and pile up some pork. Top with a large spoonful of coleslaw and place top half of bun on top. Serve with a side of your favorite Crabtree's Rib Rub BBQ Sauce and hot sauce.
BBQ Baked Beans
1 tbs. vegetable oil
3/4 C bacon, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (28 oz.) cans pinto or navy beans
1 C brown sugar
1/3 C Crabtree's Rib Rub BBQ Spice Blend
1 C Crabtree's Rib Rub Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté bacon until lightly browned. Add red pepper, onion and garlic until softened, about 2 minutes. Add beans and remaining ingredients and bring to a low simmer. Cover beans and place in preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
