Earlier in her career, she served as Latin American regional counsel for Philip Morris International and corporate counsel for GAF Corp. Ms. Garcia is a graduate of the St. John's University School of Law in New York.

Ms. Gil works extensively with news media, elected officials, community leaders and Nielsen businesses. She also manages Nielsen's national Hispanic/ Latino Strategic Community Outreach and the company's California government and community affairs programs. Prior to joining Nielsen, she served as a senior member of Antonio Villaraigosa's Los Angeles mayoral campaign, and as a press secretary for the speaker of the California Assembly.

Mr. Gutierrez is an entrepreneur and innovator in financial services serving unbanked and lower-income people. His company has made more than 35,000 loans and employs more than 120 people at 25 locations in California and Texas. He serves on the boards of the Latino Community Foundation, the Property and Environment Research Center and Core Innovation Capital. He has invested in more than 15 startups. He received an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University.

Louis Gutierrez

Mr. Gutierrez oversees human resources staff and strategy supporting the Turner entertainment and animation, young adult and youth media networks and businesses. Earlier in his career, he was vice president of human resources at Disney/ABC Media Networks Group. He serves on the corporate board of advisors for the National Council of La Raza.

Frank R. Jimenez

Mr. Jimenez joined ITT in 2009 and oversees the legal and corporate secretarial functions for the $11 billion, high-technology engineering and manufacturing company. He previously served under Presidents Bush and Obama as the general counsel of the Navy. In this position, he was one of seven Senate-confirmed Pentagon civilians of four-star equivalent rank overseeing the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. He received his law degree from Yale Law School and earned MBAs from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and from the U.S. Naval War College.
