Mr. Ros is responsible for management of the Latin Affairs department, which includes developing and implementing the strategy for having the company recognized as a leading corporate citizen within the Hispanic community. He transformed a one-market urban community relations program, Coca-Cola Presents Art of Harmony, into an 11-market property. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he earned a bachelor's degree in 1982 and received his master's degree in 1984.
Aida Sabo

Ms. Sabo's focus is developing a long-term global workforce diversity strategy in partnership with the leadership team and key functions of Cardinal Health. Previously, she led the corporate diversity function at EMC in Hopkinton, Mass. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis. She did graduate work at the University of California, Berkeley Extension, and Georgia Tech. In 2006, she was picked as a fellow with the National Hispana Leadership Institute.
Carly Sanchez

Ms. Sanchez provides direction and support for AIG's focus on the advancement of its culture of inclusion. Previously, she was global head of talent acquisition and vice president of human resources and chief diversity officer for an AIG business in Houston. She has had educational experience at Riverside (Calif.) Community College and Harvard University Graduate School of Education. She has a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a master's degree from Tuft s University.
Joe Santana

Mr. Santana has been with Siemens for almost 14 years in a number of exciting and challenging roles. In his current role at Siemens, he is responsible for the development and implementation of diversity strategies in Siemens operations across the United States. In a parallel career spanning more than 20 years, Mr. Santana has authored articles and books on customer service, IT management and diversity.
Magda Yrizarry

Ms. Yrizarry designs and executes Verizon's human capital strategy, overseeing diversity and inclusion objectives related to the workforce, workplace and marketplace. She represents Verizon on the board of the League of United Latin American Citizen's National Education Service Centers and the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility's corporate advisory board. She is chairwoman of ASPIRA of New York, an ASPIRA Association executive board member and a founding member of 100 Hispanic Women. She has bachelor's and master's degrees from Cornell University.
John Zamora

Mr. Zamora is responsible for driving Deloitte's diversity and inclusion strategy, which he believes is a competitive business advantage. He also serves as the operation's leader for the Southeast region, overseeing the management and measurement of financial operations from Florida/Puerto Rico to Greater Washington. He is a graduate of Florida International University, where he earned bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting. He serves on the corporate advisory board of ALPFA.
