She also spent two years with Abbott Labs/ Ross Products Division and 16 years with the H-E-B Grocery Co. in Texas. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and also is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.
Ivy Latimer

Ms. Latimer leads the company's Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action compliance programs and provides leadership and direction across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in the areas of federal, state and local employment legislation. She also serves as the company representative with compliance agencies and community-based groups and builds global diversity and inclusion strategies that support business growth. Previously, she was director, EEO & Diversity Initiatives for The McGraw-Hill Companies. Ms. Latimer holds a bachelor's degree from New York University and a master's degree from Mercy College.
Mark Lopez
Head of U.S. Hispanic audience

Mr. Lopez is responsible for developing and growing Google's U.S. Hispanic media business. He leads a team that works with marketers and agencies to develop innovative marketing programs targeting this growing demographic. Mr. Lopez had been publisher at AOL Latino. He holds a bachelor's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
Lucinda Martinez
Vice president, domestic network distribution and multicultural marketing

Ms. Martinez oversees subscriber growth and retention strategies for HBO, HBO Latino and Cinemax brands and products, as well as targeted marketing efforts to the African- American, Hispanic, Asian and gay/lesbian markets. She joined HBO in 1995, and rejoined in 2003. She serves on the New York board of the American Heart Association, where she chaired the first Latino Health Summit. She holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University.
Graciela G. Meibar
Vice president of global sales and training and global diversity
Mattel Inc.
Ms. Meibar provides support to regional management's worldwide sales teams, the global sales council and domestic sales management. She compiles best practices in sales and global account planning. She began her career at Mattel in 1984. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in 1980 and an MBA from Pepperdine University in 1983. She is co-president of the Conference Board's Council of Diversity Executives.
Augustin Melendez
Chief diversity and community affairs officer and vice president
Eastman Kodak Co.
Mr. Melendez was appointed to his position in January. In his diversity officer role, he is responsible for the integration and execution of Kodak's global inclusion strategy. He was elected a corporate vice president in May. Before joining Kodak, he held senior human resources leadership roles for United Jersey Bank, the Rochester City School District, and Paychex Inc.
