Located in New York City, Columbia Business School features an international student body, opportunities to meet with recruiters and managers from every industry, and the support of a global alumni network. On campus, the Hispanic Business Association (HBA) provides a forum for Hispanic MBA students. The Latin American Business Association is one of the most active student organizations, with more than 170 members from all around the world. In recruitment, admissions officers and HBA members attend forums and receptions in cities nationwide including New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Boston, and Washington, D.C. They also attend functions such as the National Society of Hispanic MBAs Conference and host minority receptions for Hispanic and African-American students.

The Ross School of Business recruits Hispanic MBA students through a partnership with the Consortium for Graduate Studies in Management and representation at the events organized by the National Society of Hispanic MBAs and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Ross continues to have a strong recruiting presence in Latin America. Every November, the school's Hispanic and Latin Business Students Association partners with the Office of Admissions to offer a select group the opportunity to attend the Ross "UpClose" weekend with workshops, career development presentations, class sessions, and social events. According to The Wall Street Journal, when asked which business schools are good sources for hiring minorities, recruiters named Ross more often than any other MBA program.

The Chapman Graduate School of Business at Florida International University (FIU) prepares Hispanic professionals for today's entrepreneurial, technology-driven, global economy. FIU has organizations specific to Hispanic heritage such as the Venezuelan Student Association, Colombian Students Association, Cuban-American Student Association, and the Dominican-American Student Organization. "In assessing B-school opportunities, I selected FIU as my top choice due to the quality/value equation," says Albert Couto, now vice-president of finance at Burger King. From a recruiter's perspective, "FIU is a gold mine of well-prepared diversity candidates," says Olga Bowie, diversity program manager at IBM. "FIU provides high quality education and service to the students, making them a highly sought commodity by employers."
