The Black and Latino MBA Organization partners with the admissions office to serve as host for the three-day workshop. The diversity pipeline continues with programs such as the Riordan Fellows, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and the MBA Diversity Alliance. The Duke MBA experience does not end with graduation: Many alumni are actively engaged in the recruitment of minority students.
