Ms. Mantilla Garcia is a principal of an investment management consulting and advisory firm that manages $2.5 billion for institutional and private clients including pension plans, corporations, foundations, families and individuals. In 1996, Ms. Mantilla Garcia co-founded The Discovery Advisory Group, which advises, raises private capital, and develops alliances for small and middle-market companies. Ms. Mantilla Garcia also serves on the board of the New America Alliance, and is co-chair of the group's Capital and Advocacy Committee.
Rudy Mendez

George Munoz

From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Munoz also served as assistant secretary and chief financial officer of the U.S. Department of Treasury.
