With sons Raymond and Ron, the agency has more than 50 years of marketing experience and has offices in Austin, Texas, and Los Angeles, California.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities
Mr. Flores is the leading voice for the nation's Hispanic higher-education community through HACU, which represents institutions in Latin America and Spain, and represents 360 colleges and universities that collectively serve more than two-thirds of all Hispanic higher-education students in the United States. Flores, a recipient of Hispanic Business magazine's Lifetime Achievement Award, also is chairman of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility.
Alex Garcia
Co-Founder and Principal, El Taller Colaborativo PC
Mr. Garcia has grown his architectural, engineering, and planning firm in New Jersey from a two-man operation to nearly 100 employees, three offices, and annual billings of more than $10 million. The company has been involved in such high-profile projects in the Metropolitan New York area as the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Transit System, and the Newark Liberty International Airport Rail Station, which connects the AirTrain to the Northeast Corridor.
Senator Efrain Gonzalez Jr.
New York State, 31st District
Senator Gonzalez was elected to the New York State Senate in 1989 in a special election. Since his election, he has focused on the revitalization of the Bronx. As a result, Senator Gonzalez has been on the forefront of the battle for economic development, education, affordable housing, health reform and the fight against crime and drug abuse.
