Morgan, Ms. Lagomasino was head of the Chase Private Bank, responsible for overseeing one of the largest providers of private banking services worldwide. Current board seats include Avon Products Inc. and Coca-Cola Co., and she is a trustee of the Synergos Institute.

Ms. Lambert, Verizon's highest-ranking Latina, was named president and CEO of Puerto Rico Telephone Co. in October 2003. She had been vice president and general manager of Wireline Services for the company, a Verizon affiliate and the largest telecommunications services provider in Puerto Rico, since 1999, responsible for managing the company's sales, marketing and network operations.

Ms. Lozano was named publisher and CEO of La Opinión and senior vice president of newly-created national Spanish-language newspaper company Impremedia in January 2004. She had been president of La Opinión since 2000 and has been with the newspaper since 1985. Ms. Lozano's current board seats include Walt Disney Co., Tenet Health Care Corp., and Union Bank of California. She also is a member of the California Board of Regents and serves on non-profit boards including the National Council of La Raza.
