In November 2003, she received the inaugural Urban Wheel Dealer Awards presented by On Wheels Inc. Her board seats include Lear Corp and the Chicago branch of the Federal Reserve Board.

Ms. Griego oversees all operations of Griego Enterprises Inc., which develops television programming through Zapgo Entertainment Group. She previously served as interim president and chief executive of the Los Angeles Community Development Bank, and current board seats include Blockbuster Inc., Granite Construction Inc., and Southwest Water Co. She also serves as a Los Angeles branch director of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
