Fuentez Systems Concepts, Inc. is an Employee-Owned, Information Technologies 8(a) company with 20 years experience in providing advanced communication and computing products and services to commercial and Federal markets.
Recently, Fuentez announced that it has been acquired by Stanley Associates, Inc. (Stanley), for an undisclosed price. Stanley is an information technology and professional services provider to the U.S. Federal Government. This acquisition will combine the network engineering, software and technical support capabilities of Stanley with the advanced systems engineering, production and integration expertise of FSC to more effectively address the expanding needs of both companies.

"By aligning ourselves with a dynamic and growing partner like Stanley — who shares our cultural values and vision of the future — we put ourselves in a much better position to meet those requirements and better serve our country."
Stanley has prior year revenues of $143 million and provides FSC with access to additional services in the areas of network, software, outsourcing, enterprise architecture, and technical advisory solutions. Since 1989, Stanley revenues and profits have grown by an average of thirty-three percent each year, with nearly eighty percent of historical organic growth attributable to repeat business. The company is employee-owned with nearly 1,200 employees at locations across the globe and at company offices nationwide. They are headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.
