November to Run Daily Satellite Tournaments in Costa Rica for PTI Costa Rica December Finals

Fort Lauderdale, FL--(HISPANIC PR WIRE - BUSINESS WIRE)--October 21, 2004--Poker Tour International (PTI) Dream Team organizers, including Pro Player Ted Lawson, winner of this year's Las Vegas Omaha World Poker Series ($500,000) and CEO of Federated National Insurance in Florida, Producer Steve Kates of Driftwood Ventures and Royal Oasis Casino, and Tournament Director Burt Kravette, are building tournament momentum in the Caribbean and Central America. Plans for the second tournament of the PTI bimonthly series, the Costa Rica Classic scheduled for December 1, 2004, include an entire month of satellite tournaments to be held at the Holiday Inn Aurola Casino in San Jose starting November 1, 2004.

Winners will receive seats for the PTI Costa Rica Classic plus a variety of other prizes. Prices for the Costa Rica Classic start at $2599 and include Texas Hold'em buy-in, airfare from Fort Lauderdale, accommodations at Holiday Inn Aurola in San Jose, opening/closing receptions, and refreshments. Buy-in only is $1999. One re-buy will be available for $400. Winnings include seats in upcoming tournaments and $500,000 based on entries. Events will include pro players and will be televised.
