Peyton Manning, the powerhouse star NFL quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, will be trying to do more than win a Super Bowl this Sunday.
He is attempting to prove he's the greatest quarterback ever.
With a rifle for an arm, amazing quickness for a man who is six foot five, and laser-like accuracy, Manning has emerged as the most exciting quarterback in the league.
A victory over Drew Brees and the Saints could propel him into NFL immortality, above Joe Montana, Tom Brady, John Elway and Kurt Warner as the greatest quarterbacks of all time.
Manning, 33, is the son of NFL legend Archie Manning, and the brother of NY Giants quarterback Eli Manning. The Colts play the New Orleans Saints in the Super Bowl on Sunday.
