More Disco than Elvis? Adam Lambert's New Songs Leaked

Songs from Adam Lambert's new album For Your Entertainment, are widely available on the Web after Amazon.co.uk posted 30-second snippets from his debut record.

The digital clips offer a window into the sound of Lambert's first album since his spectacular ride on American Idol this season. He placed second in the popular competition, behind Kris Allen, but has already skyrocketed past Allen in popularity.

Idol's Lambert will release the full album on Nov. 23 and it is likely to be major smash. So far, the album's highly produced, disco-tinged sound is dramatically different from his stunning vocal performances Lambert displayed week-after-week on Idol.

On the album, he collaborates with some of music's biggest stars, such as Lady Gaga, Pink, Linda Perry (of 4 Non Blondes fame), and songwriter and producer Rob Cavallo.

I love this song For Your Entertainment! It is very sexy, fun and it's a very happy song. I am looking forward to buy this album and watch him at the American Music Award show on November 22nd performing his new song.

There's gonna be a whole lotta shakin' going on when this album lands! I am an unabashed Adam fan but only because his music and musical taste are impeccable... Smart producers and song writers have been looking forward to working with Adam Lambert ever since he emerged this past year. Any doubters to his talent should download "For Your Entertainment" at their favorite outlet, listen to it, get to know it so you can see how he tears it up on the AMA awards coming up soon on the 22nd. Elvis fans or Lady GaGa fans, you will love this album when it is released on the following day, the 23rd.

I listened to all the snipets of the CD and based on the 30 seconds of each song I think it's going to be a big hit. Yesterday I purchased his latest single For Your Entertainment from iTunes and find that when I play it I can't sit still. You find your self snapping your fingers and moving to the beat and not even realize you are doing it. It has a very strong percussion beat to it. Another fav I believe will be the one written by Lady GaGa called Fever. This CD has had some of the biggest names in the businesss behind it and they all believe in him. The immense praise he is getting for his vocal skills is overwhelming. For the first time in my life I actually pre-order a CD before it came out! I didn't even know you could do that by I did through Amazon. For Your Entertainment will be #1
