Microsoft Launches Twitter Page for Windows 7 Customer Service Efforts

Today, computing giant Microsoft launched a new Twitter feed for MicrosoftHelps with the intent of easing customers' transition to the Windows 7 operating system, which is due to be available in one week, Oct. 22.

The official bio of the Twitter page reads: "We're the official Twitter account for Microsoft Customer Service and we're here to help you find answers and to help escalate your issues!"

Launched mere hours ago, the manager of the page is already hard at work helping clarify best practices and questions regarding installation of the pending OS.
