New York, NY--(HISPANIC PR WIRE)--June 29, 2006--Univision Online, Inc., a subsidiary of Univision Communications Inc. (NYSE:UVN), announced today that it has won 13 Awards in the 51st Annual 2006 Promax/BDA Awards competition, honoring the best in Marketing, Promotions and Design in electronic media.

This overwhelming victory is particularly impressive because this year marks the first time that Univision Online entered to compete against the industry’s best of the best. The Promax/BDA Awards recognized Univision Online’s ingenuity and marketing efforts in building brand and audience awareness for both Univision.com and Univision Móvil.

Promax/BDA is a global, non-profit association dedicated to advancing the role and effectiveness of promotion, marketing and design professionals in electronic media. This worldwide association of professionals represents more than 500 television stations, all major broadcast and cable networks in the U. “These awards are not only an honor, but they further highlight Univision Online’s innovative production capabilities and skills in building effective cross platform promotions that impact our audience and generate results for advertisers,” said Javier Saralegui, President, Univision Online.

Univision.com is driving record traffic with nearly a million daily visits and an audience of nearly 10 million unique browsers per month, traffic figures that are fully accredited by the Media Rating Council (MRC).
