Veronica Villafañe
| President National Association of Hispanic Journalists NAHJ works to improve media coverage of Hispanics and to increase the influence of Hispanic journalists. Under Ms. Villafaņe's leadership, NAHJ has fought attacks against the press, including calls on Congress to pass a federal shield law. She works as a TV anchor and producer for the San Jose Mercury News, reporting for the NBC-11 nightly news and Telemundo 48 in San Jose, CA. Previously she worked in both English and Spanish for Univision, Telemundo, CNN en Espaņol, Fox, and Reuters. |
