| President Hispanic National Bar Association HNBA represents the interest of more than 25,000 Hispanic attorneys, judges, law professors, law students, and legal professionals in the United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Varela meets with federal officials to lobby on immigration reform and increase the number of Hispanic judges. He also serves as CEO of the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration. Previously, he worked for U S WEST and Qwest Communications. |
