Edward Prado
| Judge Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Mr. Prado joined the appeals court in 2003 after the Senate voted 97-0 to confirm him. This year his name came up as a candidate for the Supreme Court. Prior to becoming a federal district judge in 1984, Mr. Prado was a public defender and assistant district attorney in Bexar County, Texas. In 21 years on the federal bench, Mr. Prado has presided over hundreds of civil and criminal trials. |
