Her books include Boricua Pop: Puerto Ricans and the Latinization of American Culture, winner of the 2004 CHOICE Award, and the upcoming None of the Above: Contemporary Puerto Rican Culture and Politics. Ms. Negrón-Muntaner is a founding board member and current chair of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers, and helped create NALIP's Latino Producers Academy and Latino Writers Lab.
