Carlos Lucero
| Judge 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals In 1995, he became the first Hispanic judge to sit on the 10th circuit, which covers Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. Previously, Mr. Lucero was the first Hispanic to serve as president of the Colorado Bar Association. The former law professor graduated from Adams State College in 1961 and obtained his law degree from George Washington University in 1964. |
