Theatre, Film & Television University of California, Los Angeles His narrative film Mangas, part of ITV's Foto-Novela series, won an ALMA Award in 1998, playing in 20 international festivals. He recently directed the documentary The Silent Crisis: Diabetes Among Us, and 22 shows of Amigos, a bilingual series broadcast nationally by PBS. Mr. Gonzalez now teaches writing and directing, serves as the head of the production for the school, and works with the Directors Guild of America's Latino Committee. |
