for CEC's advanced
metropolitan managed
services network. This
communication system has
more than 565 miles of fiber
cables, 190 network locations,
and many high-profile
financial corporations as
customers. Previously, Mr.
Alvarez was vice-president of
marketing and sales and one
of CEC's founding members.
He worked for 12 years at
NYNEX and Bell Atlantic.
