Ann Marie Tallman
| President and General Counsel Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund Although Ms. Tallman became the leader of MALDEF this year, she has 17 years of involvement with the civil rights organization, from volunteer work to a seat on the board. MALDEF concentrates its advocacy and litigation on employment, education, political access, and immigration. Before joining MALDEF, Ms. Tallman was a senior vice-president for mortgage lender Fannie Mae, where she went by the name Ann Marie Wheelock. |
