Edward L. Romero
| Director Bank of America The former ambassador to Spain joined the Bank of America board last year. Mr. Romero was founder of Advanced Sciences Inc., an environmental engineering company that merged with Commodore Applied Technologies in 1998. He also founded and serves on the board of Valor Telecommunications Southwest and RTM International. He has served on the U.S. Trade Representative's Services Policy Advisory Committee and the board of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. |
