| U.S. Congressman 28th District of Texas In addition to representing his El Paso-based district, Mr. Rodriguez serves as chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. As a member of the Armed Services Committee, he has spearheaded efforts to improve military-run schools and improve the quality of life on military bases. He has lead in military base redevelopment, using partnerships and cost-savings to improve efficiency and create business opportunities. He also sits on the Veteran’s Affairs Committee. |
