| Founder & Artistic Director Ballet Hispanico Ms. Ramirez combined her artistic vision with years of performance and teaching to create the nation's pre-eminent Hispanic dance company in 1970. Since then, the company has performed for 2 million people on three continents. The company’s school offers classes in ballet, Spanish, and modern dance for more than 600 students. Ms. Ramirez has received numerous awards, including the Dance Magazine Award, one of the highest honors in the field. |
