| Dean and Professor University of Miami School of Nursing The new dean has managed the construction of the M. Christine Schwartz Center for Nursing Education, a $19 million facility. Ms. Peragallo hopes the center will help address the nation’s critical nursing shortage. She also has started an accelerated nursing-degree program to lure new prospects into the profession. Before coming to Miami, Ms. Peragallo was director of the Collaborating Center for Mental Health Promotions at the University of Maryland. |
