| Director, Weatherhead Center for International Affairs Harvard University His books include Boundary Disputes in Latin America, The United States and Mexico: Between Partnership and Conflict, and International Security and Democracy: Latin America and the Caribbean in the Post-Cold War Era. He sits on the editorial boards for Political Science Quarterly and Latin American Research Review. Mr. Dominguez is former president of the Latin American Studies Association and a founding member of the Inter-American Dialogue. |
