| President RSM EquiCo Capital Markets LLC Mr. Cuellar leads teams of investment bankers who work on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate finance. Prior to joining RSM EquiCo Capital Markets, he was manager of the Los Angeles office for Banc of America Securities, the brokerage subsidiary of Bank of America. Mr. Cuellar joined B of A in 1980 as an international finance officer in the Mexico City office, where he handled corporate and government clients. |
