PLC also manages portfolios. Mr. Cejas serves on the board of Mellon Financial Corp. Previously, he was founder of CareFlorida Health Systems, the largest Hispanic-owned health care company, which he merged in 1994 with Foundation Health of California for stock worth $90 million. |
