CEO Kellogg Co. Battle Creek, MI In June 1998 he ascended to the position of president and in April of this year made the jump to CEO. A 25-year veteran with the cereal giant, he has aggressive plans to address the company's faltering sales and stock performance. "We are instilling a sense of urgency in the company," he told reporters after his first stockholder meeting as CEO. He joined the company in Mexico City as a sales representative.
