| President/Founder, Hispanics Impacting Public Policy President, Providence Pediatric Medical Day Care Centers HIPP (Hispanics Impacting Public Policy) is an advocacy group working for better Hispanic access to government procurement, education, health insurance, and political representation. Ms. Román Fournier founded the New Jersey–based organization to help Hispanics secure representation and to provide funding for minority entrepreneurs. She also manages Providence Pediatric Medical Day Care Centers, which offer health education and therapeutic services for children with special nursing needs. |
